Kathy is a Pennsylvania native who has lived in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband for the past 20+ years. She joined Lasagna Love in December 2020 after seeing a Facebook post that spoke to her heart. She took on the Omaha Local Leader role in August 2022 and the Hawaii RD role in June 2024. In her spare time, you can find her running, reading, gardening, researching her family tree, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, or walking her rescue dogs. Her other volunteer engagements include delivering for Meals on Wheels and coaching for Girls on the Run.
