Donna is a seasoned organizational partner with extensive experience across higher education, global corporations, and consulting. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and results-driven leader, known for aligning people strategies with organizational goals, streamlining processes, implementing advanced change management initiatives, and fostering cultures of engagement, respect, and high performance.

At Bristol-Myers Squibb, she established a new department, led global change management for 2,000+ employees, and launched an internal university that trained over 1,000 participants. Earlier in her career, she directed administrative services, managed union workforces, oversaw large budgets, and negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts that delivered significant cost savings and efficiency gains. Her work has consistently improved productivity, elevated employee satisfaction, and positioned both HR and operations as strategic business partners. Her consulting experience with CFConsulting and Right Management further broadened her expertise, allowing her to guide organizations through restructures, policy development, and career transitions with sensitivity and professionalism. At Rider University, Donna drove recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness by streamlining processes, implementing recognition programs, advancing change management initiatives, and strengthen employee relations.

With deep expertise in organization development, employee and labor relations, talent management, and change leadership, Donna has successfully led multi-function, multi-site teams and partnered at all levels of the organization. She is recognized for her ability to design systems, streamline processes, and implement training programs that transform both people and teams into strategic partners.

Donna earned her B.S. from Rider University, graduating summa cum laude with a double major in Management and Organizational Behavior, and Industrial Relations. She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), as well as a Certificate in Women’s Leadership from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Donna joined Lasagna Love in March 2021 and has risen through the organization, beginning as a Lasagna Chef and later serving as Outreach Coordinator, Local Leader, State Director, and Operations Lead. She now serves as Chief of Staff. Donna is deeply passionate about Lasagna Love’s mission and about working alongside each member of the Lasagna Love community, driving the organization to even greater heights while fostering kindness and connection in every community served.

Outside of Lasagna Love, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and visiting the beach, where she finds peace and grounding.
