LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY (November 18, 2024) – Lasagna Love, the global grassroots movement dedicated to connecting neighbors through homemade meal delivery, is thrilled to announce the promotion of New Jersey resident, Donna Disbrow, to Chief of Staff. This new role underscores the organization’s commitment to spreading kindness and strengthening communities as it continues its mission to feed families both nationwide and globally.
Donna Disbrow, currently Lasagna Love’s Operations Director, will assume the role of Chief of Staff. Donna joined Lasagna Love in early 2022, driven by her passion for helping others and dedication to building strong, supportive communities. Rapidly advancing from volunteer to Regional Director of New Jersey, her strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and commitment to Lasagna Love’s mission have distinguished her as an invaluable asset. With over 30 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, talent management, and strategic planning across various leadership roles, Donna brings a wealth of expertise to her new position.

In her new role, Donna will lead Lasagna Love’s operational strategies, guiding teams to support the organization’s growing network of volunteers and families in need. With her extensive experience in change management, team building, and program development, she is poised to drive impactful growth as the organization heads into strategic planning for 2025.
Looking Ahead: Pasta for a Purpose
As Lasagna Love continues to make an impact, the organization is excited to announce its year-end campaign, “Pasta for a Purpose.” Celebrating the power of community, this initiative will provide vital funding to expand meal deliveries, connecting even more families to support and kindness. In 2024, Lasagna Love partnered with incredible supporters like RAGÚ® for National Lasagna Day, the Popeyes Foundation and Galbani Cheese (Lactalis) as a year-round ally. We’ve also expanded our reach with partners like Benelynk, Pegasystems, and by joining 1% for the Planet to sustain our mission and impact even more lives. Donna steps into her role at a pivotal time, bringing innovative ideas and a vision to inspire kindness and support for communities facing increased need.

Donna resides in New Jersey, with her husband, daughter, and their two beloved dachshunds, Sophie and Delaney.
