Through a unique collab, the brand mobilizes its team to take meaningful steps toward feeding consumers

In celebration of World Lasagna Day, the Bitchin’ Sauce team rolled up their sleeves and fired up their ovens to support families in need through a partnership with Lasagna Love, a national nonprofit dedicated to feeding families, spreading kindness, and strengthening communities.
As part of their ongoing commitment to giving back through Bitchin’ Givin’, the philanthropic program of Bitchin’ Sauce, employees were encouraged to take four hours of paid VTO (Volunteer Time Off) to shop for ingredients, cook, and assemble two lasagnas–one to give, and one to enjoy with their own families.

Deliveries went to neighbors in need, including foster families supported through Bitchin’ Sauce’s ongoing partnership with Olive Crest. Meals were also shared with a mother of six who had recently lost her job; she was deeply touched to receive an extra lasagna to freeze, grateful knowing her kids would be fed. A single veteran in his late 70s, awaiting heart surgery, received a warm, homemade dish, while a newly relocated single mom expressed heartfelt appreciation for the support during a difficult transition.

Team members made their lasagnas even more Bitchin’ by incorporating their nourishing almond-based saucesinto their dishes and including handmade notes of kindness and care.This is just one of many ways Bitchin’ Givin’ continues to make a meaningful impact through food and community engagement.
